The heart-friendly recipes at Birch Stream Farms are carefully designed to meet the needs of customers watching sodium and fat intake to help keep their heart healthy. The following heart-friendly meals meet American Heart Association guidelines, and contain 700mg or less of sodium, less than 30% of calories from fat, and less than 10g of saturated fat.
