Are all the meals delivered frozen?

That depends on the agency you work with. All our products are flash-frozen to ensure freshness and to keep the food safe until it reaches the consumer. Some agencies may preheat the entrées and deliver the product hot, while others deliver several frozen meals all at once.

How do I heat your meals?

Our meals are designed to be heated in a conventional oven or in a microwave oven. As with any hot food, we suggest you heat to an internal temperature of 165° or higher. Specific heating instructions will accompany your frozen meal.

How do your meals arrive, what do they look like?

Our meals arrive frozen in a black dish that is oven-able and microwaveable.  The meal can be heated in the original black dish or the meal can be “popped out” frozen from the black dish onto a china dish for heating and serving.
